Test Accounts

Log in to shared sandbox test accounts to connect virtual devices from any manufacturer, so you can build and test without physical hardware.

Seam provides shared test accounts for every manufacturer it supports, so you can connect virtual devices in a sandbox workspace and build your integration without any physical hardware.

When you connect a device—in the Seam Console or through a Connect Webview—enter the test-account credentials below instead of real manufacturer credentials.

The standard sandbox login

Most manufacturers accept the same test-account login:

Two-factor / verification code	123456 (enter this whenever a device prompts for a code)

These are shared, non-secret sandbox fixtures. They work only in sandbox workspaces and grant no access to real accounts or devices, so they are safe to commit to code and share with your team.

Brands that need extra credentials

The following integrations require something beyond the standard login—an API key, an additional field, or extra setup steps. See each brand’s sandbox guide for the exact values to enter.

ASSA ABLOY Vingcard Credential Services	Username and password, plus a Credential Services URL.
ASSA ABLOY Visionline	Connects through Seam Bridge; needs extra mobile-key setup and a Credential Services connection to issue mobile keys.
ASSA ABLOY Vostio	Username and password, plus a Client ID and User Pool ID; needs a Credential Services connection to issue mobile keys.
August Locks	Standard login; also choose a Device Region (for “Others,” select Email as the 2FA method).
Brivo Access	Standard login, plus a Brivo Access API key.
Dormakaba Ambiance	Connect Webview with a PMS operator login and API client credentials; needs LEGIC Connect to issue mobile keys.
Dormakaba Community	Connect Webview with a PMS operator login and Community API client credentials; needs LEGIC Connect to issue mobile keys.
Dormakaba Oracode	No email or password; a username, site, and time zone.
Hotek	No credentials; complete the Connect Webview (site name and TCP port).
Latch	No credentials; complete the Connect Webview and select Latch.
Lockly Locks	API-key style: an email plus Team/Client ID, Access Key, and Token values. No password.
Omnitec Locks	Standard login; also select any time zone in the Connect Webview.
PTI Storlogix Cloud	Standard login, plus a Site Key, Site Code, and a dashboard URL.
Salto Space	Connects through Seam Bridge; uses a username and password over a LAN URL.
Wyze Locks	Standard login, plus a Wyze API Key ID and API Key.
